In just 6 weeks, you will gain valuable training, experience, and techniques to make QBooks Online the financial tool for your business. You will learn not just the “how” but the “why” of maintaining an accurate set of financial records.

This 6-week QuickBooks Essentials+ Course is designed to make you and your staff more skilled, confident, and comfortable in maximizing this software. Whether you or someone else completes the accounting, you’ll walk away with the knowledge and experience to dive into your books, ask the right questions, and run the reports that help you make sound business decisions.

This course will be held weekly in a live virtual classroom utilizing Zoom video conferencing software. No special QBooks software is required, we’ll work with a sample company created to demonstrate all aspects of QBooks Online.

You will need:

Zoom downloaded on your laptop or pc
Camera and microphone on your computer
Not required, but you may also have your QB company file open

Once registered, you’ll be sent the link to the weekly class.

Ms. Barbee has many years of experience with QuickBooks and is credentialed in QuickBooks Desktop, as well as being a QuickBooks ProAdvisor (Online).

She has a degree in Business Management with a concentration in accounting, and over 20 years working with small businesses. She advises and works with small businesses and entrepreneurs all over the State of Maine. She is a registered tax preparer with the IRS and has passed the Federal Income Tax Course.

As a trainer she is also a subject expert who can answer concerns and questions right away and, as a specialist, can share the benefit of her years of experience. Regular check-ins and support are the foundation of a positive experience when using QuickBooks Online. It is more important than ever to have continuous conversations and to discuss challenges specific to your experience. This monthly call provides a platform to do just that. These sessions are designed to cover specific QuickBooks topics, but to also allow time for your specific questions. All classes are done live via Zoom and will be held on the 2nd Tuesday of each month. Login information will be provided after ticket purchase.

In a classroom setting you will receive real world and practical hands on training on the use of the tool and techniques for efficiency. You’ll receive immediate help and support with correcting mistakes and getting it right. Training will be both theoretical and practical while you are networking with other learners and sharing experiences.

Individualized Training

Hands on training at your business and at your convenience. This training will be focused on your business and your learning style while using your business to learn with.

QuickBooks Set Up Services

We’ll provide Company Set Up Services and then train you on the fundamental tools you will utilize in QuickBooks. Spend your time focused on the features you need to learn, and we’ll do the upfront set up including Chart of Accounts, Customers, Vendors, and Product set up. Support to answer questions within 48 hours.
